摘要 目的优选表面活性剂-超声协同提取一点红中总黄酮的工艺条件。方法以总黄酮提取率为指标,采用正交试验优化提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺参数:1.0%吐温-80,70%乙醇,料液比1∶15,超声提取60min。优化条件下,一点红中总黄酮的提取率为4.63%,明显高于传统提取法。结论采用表面活性剂-超声协同提取一点红中的总黄酮,能提高提取率,可降低生产成本,是一种较理想的提取工艺。 OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction technology of flavonoids from Emgia sonchifolia( Linn. )DC with surfactant-ultrasound extraction. METHODS Orthogonal test were used to study the extraction conditions with extracting rate of flavonoids as indexes. RESULTS The optimal technical conditions as follows: 1.0% tween-80 as solubihzing agent,70% ethanol as extracting solvent, the sound treatment time was 60min.
