摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定疏风解毒胶囊大黄素的含量。方法采用Kromasil C18（250mm×4．6mm。5μm）色谱柱，柱温：25℃，流动相：甲醇旬．1％磷酸溶液（75：25），流速：1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长：254nm。结果大黄素进样量在0．04576-0．6864μg范围内呈良好线性关系（r=0．9998），平均加样回收率为99．59％（n=6）。结论本法操作简便、准确、灵敏，可有效控制疏风解毒胶囊中大黄素的含量。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determination of Emodin in Shufeng Jiedu Capsules. METHODS Kromasil C18 （250mm - 4. 6mm, 5μm） Column was used, the column temperature was 25℃, The mobile phase consisted of menthanol-phosphoric solution （ 0. 1% ） （ 75 ： 25 ） and the flow rate was 1.0mL · min^-1,The detection wavelength was 254nm. RESULTS emodin has a good linear relation in the rang of 0. 04576 -0. 6864μg（r =0. 9998） ,the average recovery（n =6） was 99.59%. CONCLUSION This method is simple,accurate, sensitive. It can effectively control the content of Emodin in Shufeng jiedu Capsules.
