七叶皂苷钠对腹部外科手术患者胃肠功能恢复疗效观察

The Effection of Sodium Aescinate on the Recovery Effect on Gastrointestinal Functions in Patients with Abdominal Surgical Operation

目的分析注射用七叶皂苷钠对腹部外科手术后胃肠功能恢复的临床疗效。方法对2013年3月～2014年3月期间我院普外科收治的实施腹部外科手术的住院病人60例，随机分为治疗组（七叶皂苷钠组）和对照组（安慰剂组）各30例，观察各组病人术后腹胀缓解时间，肠鸣音恢复时间，第一次排气和排便的时间，获得临床治愈时间。结果七叶皂苷钠组腹胀缓解时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气、排便、拔除胃肠减压时间、获得临床治愈时间明显早于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论七叶皂苷钠能明显缩短腹部外科手术患者胃肠功能恢复时间及临床治愈时间。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical recovery tinal function after abdominal surgical operation. METHODS effect of Sodium Aescinate for Injection in gastrointes- Sixty cases that during abdominal surgery operation in our hospital from March 2013 to Mareh 2014 were randomly divided into treatment group （ Sodium Aescinate group） and control group （placebo group） ,30 cases in each group, The abdominal distension relieving time after operation, the recovery time of bowel sound, the first time of exhaust and defecation, the time of Pulling up gastrointestinal decompression and clinical healing time were observed. RESULTS ter operation, the recovery time of bowel sound, the first time of exhaust The abdominal distension relieving time af- and defecation, the time of Pulling up gastrointestinal decompression and clinical healing time which in the sodium aescinate group were significantly earlier than those in control group （P 〈 O. 05）. CONCLUSION Sodium Aescinate can significantly shorten the recovery time and clinical healing time of gastrointestinal function in patients with abdominal surgical operation.
