咪喹莫特、鬼臼毒素等4种外用药物治疗尖锐湿疣的药物经济学研究

Cost-effectiveness Analysis of four external use drugs( Imiquimod、Podophyllotoxin et al) for Condyloma Acuminata

目的运用药物经济学方法对4种外用药物治疗尖锐湿疣方案的成本-效果进行分析。方法采用成本-效果分析法对咪喹莫特、鬼臼毒素、5-氟尿嘧啶、重组人干扰素4个不同外用药物治疗结果进行回顾性分析。结果咪喹莫特成本-效果比较低,总有效率较高。结论咪喹莫特外治尖锐湿疣方案为较佳方案。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate 4 external use drugs （ Imiquimod podophyllotoxin 5-Fu Recombinant Human Interferon）for condyloma acuminata by pharmacoeeonomic method. METHODS 4 different drugs of ceftriax- ones were retrospeetively analysed by cost-effectiveness analysis. RESULTS Imiquimod had the lowest cost-effectiveness ratio with the highest total effective rate. CONCLUSION Imiquimod is the better one for eondyloma acuminata.
