基于LabView和无线通信技术开关柜的温度在线监测

摘要 为了能够实现实时监测开关柜的温度状况,提出一种基于LabView和无线通信技术的开关柜温度在线监测系统。针对开关柜特殊的构造特点设计了无线传感器测量触头温度,并本着缩小体积,延长使用寿命的原则利用电池和超级电容给系统供电。上位机监控系统操作简单,人机交互方便,针对串口通信设计了通信协议,提高了串口通信的可靠性。 In order to monitor the switchgear temperature in real - time, a temperature monitoring system based on LabView and wireless communication is presented in this paper. Considering the switchgear special construction features, a wireless sensor is designed to measure the temperature of the contact. The batteries and super capacitors is utilized to supply power to the system with the principle of reducing volume, extending the use of life cycle. PC monitoring system is simple, and convenient for human - computer interaction. A serial communications protocol is designed to improve the reliability of serial communication.
