摘要 目的建立用高效液相色谱法同时测定饮料中的7种食品添加剂的方法。方法采用C18色谱柱,以甲醇─乙酸铵为流动相进行梯度洗脱,以0.02 mol/L流速下,采用紫外检测器,一次直接进样,同时测定7种食品添加剂。结果该方法在10.0-50.0μg/L范围内具有良好线性,相关系数均达到0.999。结论该方法一次分离7种食品添加剂,简便、快捷,适合批量样品同时几种添加剂的测定。 Objective A method for the simultaneous determination of 7 food additives in beverage by HPLC were established. Methods Using C18 column, methanol and ammonium acetate as the mobile phase with gradient elution, flow rate to 0.02 mol/L, UV detector, a direct injection, simultaneous determination of 7 food additives. Results The method has good linearity in the range of 10-50μg/L, the correlation coefficients reached 0.999. Conclusions This method is a separation of the 7 kinds of food additive, is simple, fast, suitable for mass sample determination and some additives.
