摘要
目的建立食品中铅的氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法。方法样品加硝酸经微波消解,氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定铅含量。结果该法的线性范围为0-50μg/L,相关系数为0.999 5,方法检出限为0.010μg/L,相对标准偏差2.1%-4.4%,回收率为91.2%-108.4%。结论原子荧光光谱法测定食品中铅灵敏度高,准确、快捷。
Objective To establish a methed for detection of lead in food by hydridegeneration-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods The sample was detected by Microwave digestion Hydride Generation-atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry. Results r was 0.999 5 in the range of 0-50μg/L,the detection limit was 0.010μg/L,the relative standard deviation was 2.1%-4.4%,the recovery was 91.2%-108.4%. Conclusions The method is simple and rapid with good accuracy.
