摘要 目的研究应用861 Advanced Compact IC离子色谱仪测定饮用水中硝酸盐的分析方法。方法将水样经过0.45μm微孔滤膜过滤,选用Metrosep A Supp4阴离子分离柱对硝酸根离子进行分离,由电导检测器测定含量。结果该方法的相关性好(r〉0.9995),线性范围为0.50~10.0 mg/L,方法的精密度(RSD,n=6)小于0.87%,回收率范围98.30%~99.70%。与分光光度法对比,结果差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论方法快速、准确、灵敏度高、线性范围广,有较高的实用价值。 Objective Research and application 861 Advanced Compact IC ion chromatograph analysis method for determination of nitrate in drinking water.Methods Filter the water sample by 0.45 microporous membrane ,then select the Mesrosep A Supp4 anion separation column for the nitrate ion separation and determination of content by A conductivity detector .Results The method has goog correlation (r〉0.9995),the linear range was from 0.50 to 10.0 mg/L,the precision of the method(RSD,n=6)is less than 0.87%,and the recoveries rate was from 98.30%to 99.70%. Comparing with the spectrophotometric method,shows that the result was no significant difference.Conclusions The method is rapid,accurate,high sensitivity,wide linear range and high practical value.
