2013年芦淞区居民碘盐监测结果分析

Analysis of Iodized Salt Monitoring Result of the Hosehold from the District of Lusong in the Year of 2013

目的分析2013年芦淞区碘盐检测数据,为制定碘缺乏病防治策略提供依据。方法按《全国碘缺乏病监测方案》规定的碘盐监测的抽样方法和碘盐测定方法进行监测。结果 2013年芦淞区疾病预防控制中心共监测居民盐样300份,其中合格272份,碘盐合格率为90.97%,碘盐覆盖率为99.67%,合格碘盐食用率为0.33%,碘盐中位数23.62 mg/kg,碘盐合格率城镇高于乡镇。结论芦淞区各项碘盐质量处于国家控制指标内,但碘盐合格率较低,还要继续加大监测、监督力度,进一步开展健康教育工作,确保人民群众食用合格碘盐。

Object To analyze the monitoring data of iodized salt in the district of Lusong during the year of 2013,and to provide basic information for working out control strategies of the iodine deficiency disorder.Methods According to the iodized salt monitoring requirements in“national iodine deficiency disorder monitoring program”,the sampling method and determining method of iodized salt were carried on.Results In the year of 2013,300 hosehold salt samples were tested by the Lusong district center for disease control and prevention,272 salt sampleswere qualified,iodized salt qualification rate 90.97%,iodized salt coverage rate 99.67%,qualified iodized salt consumption rate 90.67%,rate of non-iodized salt was 0.33%,salt median iodine were 23.62 mg/kg,and the iodine salt qualification rate of city was better than town.Coclusions The iodized salt quality indicators were within the state-controlled range in the district of Lusong which remained at relatively low levels,and need to continue to accelerate health education,ensuring the edible quality of iodized salt.
