摘要
基于应用架构、技术架构和网络架构这3个层次,提出并分析工控信息化系统的开放式体系结构。应用架构包括3类用户、2类支撑结构和6大业务系统,技术架构包括数据采集层、数据通信层和信息化层,网络架构分为现场数据采集与管理、区域数据中心和大集中数据中心。该结构具有良好的可剪裁性、可移植性和可互操作性。对架构实现中的关键技术,如进程间通信与共享内存、数据清洗与数据规范化、分层流水线可视化建模等进行了分析。
An open architecture of industrial control information system was proposed and analyzed based on three layers including application architecture, technology architecture and network architecture. The application architecture was consisted of three categories of users, two kinds of supplement architectures and six business systems. The technology architecture was corn posed of data collection layer, data communication layer and informatization layer. The network architecture was consisted of local data collection/management center, area data center and concentration data center. The open architecture has good scalability, portability and interoperability. Meanwhile, some major key technologies were analyzed including process to process communication, shared memory, data cleaning/normalization and hierarchy pipeline visualization model.
