介绍了同步整流技术的基本原理,结合具体电路,对栅极电荷保持技术在有源箝位正激变换器中的应用作了分析;阐述了同步整流芯片IR1176在正激变换器中的应用。
This paper introduces the basic principle of synchronous rectification technology,analyzes the application of grid charge retention technology to the active-clamping forward converter combining with concrete circuit,and expatiates the application of the synchronous rectification chip IR1176 to the forward converter.
