摘要
主要从员工自我领导的角度出发,研究自我管理对员工工作投入的影响及其中介作用机制。在中介作用机制的探讨上,主要从资源保护理论和工作要求一资源模型的视角出发,侧重于分析工作资源和个人资源的中介作用。研究釆用问卷调查研究的方法,研究对象是安徽21家企业中的376名一线员工。通过层级回归分析结果发现:自我管理对员工工作投入有着显著的正向影响,工作资源与个人资源在其关系中起着完全中介的作用。
From the perspective of self-leadership, this paper mainly investigates the impact of self-management on employee work engagement. Based on Conservation of Resource Theory and Job Demand-Resource Model perspectives, the paper further examines the mediating effects of job and personal resources in the relationship between self-management and employee work engagement. The study uses a sample of 376 frontline employees of 21 companies in Anhui Province to test the hypotheses. The results indicate that self-management is positively related to employee work engagement, and this effect is fully mediated by job and personal resources.
