摘要
在隧洞开挖过程中因地质原因、开挖工艺和支护参数不当,经常会出现塌方,如何快速成功处理塌方并预防易失稳洞段再次发生塌方直接影响隧洞开挖的进度、工程的造价和施工安全.以浙江LNG项目配套供水工程中宅岭隧道BK0+946~BK0+986段松散堆积体塌方带穿越施工为例,介绍了松散堆积体塌方带的穿越施工技术和预防易失稳洞段再次发生塌方的技术措施.
Collapse frequently occur in tunnel excavating because of geological cause, digging technique and improper support pa- rameter, so how to quickly successfully deal with collapse and pre- vent collapse occurring again in unstable tunnel section would di- rectly impact the rate of cutting progress, project cost and safety of construction. Taking the construction passing through collapse belt from loose deposits in BK0+946-BK0+986 section of Zailing tunnel in a water supply project of form a complete set of Zhejiang LNG project as an instance, the paper introduced the cutting technology across collapse belt from loose deposits and the technical measures to prevent unstable tunnel section from collapse again.
