浅析校外实训基地对高职专业教师实践能力的培养

高等职业院校肩负着培养面向生产、建设、服务和管理第一线需要的高素质、高端技能型人才的使命,提高专业师资队伍实践能力是实现培养目标的关键,也是高职教育亟待解决的问题之一。其中,校外实训基地是专业教师实践能力培养的必备条件,因此,应当加强校外实训基地建设,全面提高专业教师的实践教学水平,才能够培养出符合企业需求的高素质技能型人才。

The off-campus practice base is an essential condition for the cultivation of professional teachers＇ practical ability training. Therefore, we should strengthen the construction of off-campus practice base, and improve the level of professional teachers＇ practical teaching comprehensively, so as to cultivate high-quality skilled personnel that conform to the enterprises＇ needs.
