With the development of economy, the floating population constantly poured into the city, to make an important contribution to the development of city, but also create a lot of problems. The floating population crime is one of the important issues. And because of the floating population crime is changing and developing, with the social development in the understanding of the original is not meet the needs of the present. Therefore, the scientific understanding of the floating population crime at the present stage in China is very meaningful. This paper mainly discusses the characteristics and the cause of the floating population crime, finally gives the advice of preventing and cracking down on crimes, similar research and related departments to formulate policy for the future help.
