语用预设视角下《海上花列传》英译本翻译策略探究

A Study on the Translation Strategies in The Sing-song Girls of Shanghai From the perspective of Pragmatic Presupposition

语用预设作为一种复杂的语言现象,在传递信息和言语理解中有着不可忽视的重要的意义。语用预设在翻译活动中的借鉴价值尤为宝贵。本文以清末韩邦庆的《海上花列传》为例,归纳分析了英译本中涉及语用预设的翻译策略,探讨了将语用预设与翻译理论与实践交叉研究的意义。以期为翻译方法的研究打开一个新的视野。

Pragmatic presupposition is a complex linguistic phenomenon. It is valuable in speech comprehension and information transmission. In the process of translation is also a valuable reference value. In this paper, the author takes The Sing-song Girls of Shanghai written by Han Bangqing at the end of the Qing Dynasty as an example. The author summarizes and analyzes the pragmatic presupposition in the English versions of translation strategy, discusses the pragmatic presupposition and translation theory and practice of interdisciplinary research significance, in order to provide a new perspective for translation methods.
