高职学生对学校归属感的调查与分析研究——以辽宁工程职业学院电子工程系为例 被引量:1

摘要 为了解当代高职学生对学校的认同归属感、责任感及成就感的状况,并对建设改善校园管理、专业建设等提供参考,采用抽样方法对部分学生进行问卷及个人访谈进行调查。调查发现,该校电子工程系学生大多数对学校的认同归属感和校园责任感较强;遇到问题会找辅导员或相关领导解决问题。但与教师或辅导员沟通,参加集体活动方面还有待加强。通过分析得到,影响学生对学校归属感的因素有自身性格、人际关系、学校环境等,并提出了相应的解决方法。 In order to understand contem porary higher vocational students' sense of belonging to the school, the sense of responsibility and the sense of achievem ents, and provide the reference to improve the campus management and the specialty construction, it uses the method of sam pling to conduct a questionnaire survey, and interview s som e students. It show s students from Electronic Engineering Departm ent have strong sense of belonging and responsibility, and seek for teachers' help when necessary. How ever, for students, the ability to com municate with the tutors or participate in collective activities needs to be strengthened. T hrough the analysis, it show s elem ents influencing students' sense of belonging to school are personality, interpersonal relationship and school factors, and proposes the corresponding solutions.
