摘要
针对石钢烧结厂搬迁后,烧结矿二元碱度稳定率低的问题,分析了影响烧结矿二元碱度的因素,采取了新增机械化料场、稳定原料配比、改进操作制度等措施。实施后,二元碱度稳定率由2012年的83.96%提高到2013年的91.11%,达到开机最好水平。
To solve the problem of low stabilization coefficient of binary basicity of sinter, the factors to affect is analyzed, measures adopted: adding a new mechanized materials field, stabilizing raw proportioning, im- proving operation system and etc. After that the coefficient is increased from 83.96% in 2012 to 91.11% in 2013, the best level since put into production.
