摘要
分析了宣钢炼铁厂一烧车间烧结矿强度的影响因素并提出了改进措施。通过提高料层厚度、料温以及烧结矿二元碱度等措施,提高了烧结矿转鼓强度,降低了出厂烧结矿粉末,满足了高炉对烧结矿质量的要求。
The factors to affect the drum strength of sinter in No. 1 Sintering Workshop of Ironworks of Xuan Steel are analyzed and some improving measures proposed： increasing materials layer thickness and tempera- ture, increasing secondary basicity of sinter. As a result the strength raised, the powder in sinter lowered when leaving the plant. The quality of sinter meets the demand of blast furnace.
