摘要
简要介绍了宣钢棒线复合线高速钢轧辊的应用情况。通过与合金铸铁轧辊进行比较,采用高速钢轧辊可提高单槽轧制量,减少换辊次数,提高成材率,同时也指出了生产中存在的问题。
It is introduced simply the application of high - speed - steel roll in bar - wire complex production line of Xuan Steel. Compared with alloy cast iron roll, it can increase rolling amount for single groove, re- duce roll exchange times, increase finished products rate. Also some problems in production are pointed out.
