介绍了宣钢二钢厂12流小方坯连铸机拉矫机驱动系统在生产过程中存在的问题。通过对设备损坏的原因分析,确定了输入轴做防水、对减速机新增1个高位油杯及降低工作环境温度的改造方案。实施后,提高了拉矫机驱动设备的使用寿命。

It is introduced the problems of drive system of stretching straightener of 12 flow billet caster in production in No. 2 Steel Rolling Mill of Xuan Steel. Based on the analysis about the reason of damage of e- quipment, the reformation plan is settled out ： adding water - resistance for input axis, increasing a high - lo- cation oil cup in reduction box and lowering work environment temperature. After it carried out, the work life of drive equiPment of stretching straightener is prolonged.
