介绍了将承钢西地饱和发电机组水质好、温度高的凝结水回收至炼钢除氧器直接使用的生产实践。既减少了除氧器用来加热锅炉上水的低压蒸汽,实现了除氧器软化水的双路调节供应;又解决了凝结水回收至除盐水管网导致的温度高影响系统补水问题。降低了企业生产成本,实现了节能减排。
Ii is introduced the practice to recover the condensate, With gooa quality ana mgn temperature, from saturate generator set of Xidi in Cheng Steel and directly use it in deoxidizer of steel - making. It not only reduces the low - pressure vapor to heat the water fed to boiler in deoxidizer and realizes double - way softened water supply for deoxidizer, but also solve the influence on system water supplementary of high - temperature in condensate when recovered and sent to desalted water pipeline. The business cost is reduced, energy - saving and emission - reduction realized.
