近年来,随着社会的发展与体育教学改革的不断深入,高校田径课教学中存在的问题日渐暴露出来,高校田径教师也应当顺应高校体育改革的趋势,提高田径课的有效性和趣味性,促进学生身体素质的提高和全面发展。本文在分析当前高校田径课教学中面临的主要问题的基础上,探讨了提高高校田径课教学质量的有效策略。希望对我国提高高校田径课教学有效性具有一定的实践指导意义。

In recent years,with the development of society and the deepen reform of physical education, problems existed in college track and field course teaching has gradually exposed,the university athletics teachers should also comply with the direction of college sports reform, and improve the effectiveness and interestingness of the track and field courses, in order to promote physical quality and all-round development of students. The article discusses the effective strategies to improve teaching quality of track and field course, based on the analysis of the main problems that the college track and field course teaching faced. Hoping to have a certain practical significance on improving the effectiveness of our college track and field course teaching.
