摘要
目前我国的《法律文书》课程的教学所使用的有关文书具有陈旧、质量不高、理论和实践脱节等问题。最近,最高人民法院在互联网设立了中国裁判文书网,其要求生效裁判文书上网的规定对《法律文书》的教学带来了新的促进,有利于学生接触最新判例、培养学生的职业能力、推进不同课程的交融。也给《法律文书》课程教学带来了新的要求。
The documents of Legal Writing in China have the problems of out - of - date , poor quality and disjointed in theory and practice .Supreme court has agreed to set the judicial opinions online .The provisions have promoted the teaching of Legal Writing .They will help the students know more judgments ,improve their professional competence and exchange of different courses .
