学生评教问题探讨

On Students' Evaluation of Teaching

分析学生评教中存在的评价指标不合理、学生无公正评价能力、学校对学生评教宣传和引导力度不够等问题。针对这些问题提出建立全面的学生评教指标体系和公正的评价程序,教育学生公正评价,加强学生评教的宣传和引导工作,引入多种评价机制对教学进行综合考核,利用网络优势开展网上评教、建立评教反馈机制,敦促教师及时改进教学方法等建议。

This paper analyzes problems occurring in students＇ evaluation of teaching ,including unreasonable evaluation index , the lack of fair appraisal capability of students and inadequate promotion and guidance power of the college .In the major part of the paper ,the author gives some practicable and effective solution to these problems .
