股骨颈囊内骨折治疗方法选择

Choose the treatmeat method of fracture of the femoral neck

目的探讨空心加压螺钉结合肌骨瓣移植术和髋关节置换术治疗股骨颈囊内骨折的临床效果。方法选取我院于2005年3月—2010年3月收治的270例患者为研究对象,结合患者骨折状况、身体健康状况等,在征求患者意见情况下,分别运用空心加压螺钉结合肌骨瓣移植术、髋关节置换术进行治疗。治疗结束后进行随访,平均随访时间为4.5年。运用Harris评分标准评定上述两种治疗方法的效果。结果髋关节置换术术后优良率最高,对比空心加压螺钉结合肌骨瓣移植术具有显著地统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应综合考虑患者病情和经济情况、体质状况选择合适的股骨颈囊内骨折治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the result of the cannulated screw and bone grafting muscle and hip arthroplasty for intracapsular femoral neck fracture clinical. Methods 270 patients accepted by our hospital in March 2005 to March 2010 were admitted to the study,their fracture status,physical health status, etc, were compared of their own free will.We use cannulated screws muscle flap graft surgery,hip replacement surgery treatment to treat them. After treatment, we follow them up for 4.5 years in average,and use Harris score to assess two treatments’ effect. Results After hip arthroplasty highest quality, contrast cannulated screws combined with muscle flap grafting significantly statistically significant. Conclusion We should consider in the patient’s condition and the economic situation,select the appropriate institutional conditions intracapsular femoral neck fracture treatment.
