摘要
目的通过开展死亡病例讨论,探讨泌尿外科住院死亡病例抢救过程中及临终前后存在的各种护理问题及其改进措施,以期提高科室护理水平,提高低年质护理人员护理水平,为科室管理改进提供指导性意见。方法回顾性分析眉山市人民医院泌尿外科2007年3月—2013年12月期间死亡的33例患者临床及护理资料,通过死亡病例讨论分析患者抢救过程中及其临终前后存在的护理问题。结果通过讨论发现护理过程中存在的主要问题存在于病情观察能力欠缺、医护配合欠协调、护理记录完整性及准确性不够、临终关怀及病员安全管理等方面。结论在泌尿外科开展死亡病例讨论有利于护理管理者发现护理工作中的不足,并能做出有效性的改进措施,有利于低年资护士在病情观察能力和解决问题能力,有利于提高科室护理质量水平。
Objective By exploring the nursing problems as well as measures for improvement in the process of rescuing dying patients through the way of discussion of dead cases, in order to improve nursing quality and provide conference for nursing management. Methods A retrospective study on the 33 cases was done to investigate the problems and causes existing in nursing the dying patients. Results The major problems existed in poor coordination, lack of dying care and lack of patient safety management. Conclusion Performance of discussion on dead cases helps nursing administrators to improve and perfect their work.
