摘要
一体化堆顶组件为非能动先进压水堆中的关键设备。悬臂吊作为一体化堆顶组件的重要组件,在一体化堆顶组件上的安装位置比较特殊,采用常规的吊装方法无法正常完成分步安装工作。根据悬臂吊的结构特征以及安装工艺要求,设计了专用的C型十字梁吊具。对C型十字梁吊具的承载分析和静载荷试验表明,该吊具满足悬臂吊所有组件的承载要求。
IHP (Integrated Head Package) is the key equipment in Advanced Passive Pressure Water Reactors. RAH (Radial Arm Hoist) as one of the most important part of IHP, its installation location on IHP is very special. The traditional lifting method is not applicable to RAH installation, so a special C- Type-Cross lifting beam is designed based on the structure characteristics and the installation process re- quirements of RAH. It is verified that C-Type-Cross lifting beam meets the load requirements of all the RAH components by means of load analysis and static load test.
