我国反家庭暴力法制定在即,各部门、各学者纷纷发表立法意见。通过对全国妇联"反家庭暴力法"建议稿草拟的法律条文加以评析,提出对于总则部分反家庭暴力概念以及主体责任两个方面的修改意见。

The Antidomestic Violence Law will be formulated soon, all departments and legislative scholars have pubhshed opinions. Through the comment by ACWF to the proposed draft of ＂Anti-Domestic Violence Act＂, the author put forward two aspects of the amendments, the concept of domestic violence of the general part as well as the main responsibilities.
