摘要
力量训练,它是一种科学、严谨、有针对性的训练方法,是任何一项运动的基础保障,在运动员参赛过程中能够体现出它的重要性,因此要给予足够高的重视程度。同时由于青少年身体所处的特殊生理阶段,骨骼、肌肉、身体各内脏器官组织尚未发育完全,因此不能盲目地进行大力量训练,不仅会影响青少年正常的身体发育,甚至可能造成运动伤病的过早出现。通过文献法、调查法、逻辑分析的方法进行研究发现,近几年被广泛提出并接受的核心力量训练越来越受到体育界人士的重视,在运动员训练以及提高运动成绩的过程中起到非常重要的作用,因此对青少年篮球运动员进行科学、合理、有效的核心力量训练是非常必要的。
