摘要
文章简要分析了综合医院突发灾害应对能力的现状,结合广东省第二人民医院实际,提出综合医院应从应急文化、应急预案、应急队伍、应急装备及信息化等方面加强建设,以有效提高医院处置和应对突发灾害的能力,促进医院全面协调可持续发展。
The article briefly analyzes the response capability of General Hospital to sudden disaster.For improving the emergency ability, some advices are proposed according to the author′s hospital.It′s suggested that the hospital should strengthen the construction from emergency culture, emergency plans, emergency response teams, emergency equipment and other aspects.Through these, it can promote comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of the hospital.
