摘要
瘦素是一种脂肪源性激素,调节体内能量代谢平衡。瘦素与下丘脑瘦素受体结合,可抑制食欲、降低体质量。既往研究表明,瘦素抵抗是肥胖的主要危险因素,瘦素及其类似物有望成为神经系统保护剂。此外,瘦素还可促进认知过程,可能延缓甚至部分逆转阿尔茨海默病或衰老所致的记忆丧失。本文从神经保护作用和促进记忆两个方面对瘦素在中枢神经系统疾病中的作用进行综述。
Leptin(Lep),anadipose-derivedhormone,playsimportantrolesinenergymetabolismbalanceofthe body.The physiological effects of Lep controlling the body weight and suppressing appetite are mediated by Lep receptors in the hypothalamus.It has been demonstrated that Lep -resistance is the primary risk factor for obesity , and Lep and Lep mimetics now deserve systematic study as a protector of the nervous system .Moreover, Lep might promote cognitive process and might retard or even partially reverse Alzheimer′s disease or ageing-related memory loss.This article will explore the role of leptin in the central nervous system diseases in terms of aspects of neuroprotection and memory promotion .
