摘要
2010年2月马钢第一钢轧总厂2#120 t转炉氧枪卷扬减速机在使用过程中发生高速轴断裂事故。通过宏观观察、光谱样分析、硬度及低倍样分析、拉伸样及金相样进行检验分析、化学成分检验、硬度检验及低倍酸洗观察、拉伸力学性能等方法对事故件进行分析判断造成事故原因。
In February 2010, the redueerg high speed sheft of the lance hoist was fractured when it was working ,that is part of NO.2 120t converter of Masteel's NO. 1 steelmaking and Roiling Group. The reasons for causing the accident was analyze and judged by Macro observation,Spectrum,Analysis of hardness and low times,Tensile and metallogTaphic analysis, Chemical composition test, Hardness testing and observation of the low times pickling,Tensile Properties and other methods.
