节能搅拌反应器的应用

摘要 针对发酵有机酸在中和、酸解过程中出现混合不均匀、能耗大、结垢严重的问题,通过设备使用、工艺过程检测和分析,找出了存在问题的原因。对反应器、搅拌装置重新设计,提高反应器内壁及搅拌器的加工精度,经使用验证,提高了产品质量和生产效率,降低能耗和装置结垢现象,提高了公司经济效益。 This article aims at the problems of uneven mixing, large energy consumption and se- rious scaling, which appear in the process of fermentation of organic acids in neutral and acid solution. The reasons have been found through using the equipments, testing and analyzing of technological process. The reactor and stirring apparatus have been redesigned to improve working accuracy of internal wall of the reactor and stirrer. Verified by using, this has enhanced the product quality and producing efficiency, and reduce energy consumption and sealing phenomenon, which has contributed to profits of company.
