信任是社会活动中人与人相互合作的基石,企业生产经营中的所有活动都离不开人与人的合作和相互信任。本文分析了企业信任危机形成的原因,企业信任危机带来的危害,提出了企业信任危机的预防措施。

Trust is the cornerstone of mutual cooperation in the social activities and mutual trust and cooperation are insepareble from all the activities of production and management. In this paper, the masons and harms of the trust crisis in the enterprise is analyzed, and preventive measures are proposed.
