随着钢铁企业市场化竞争的日益加剧,改革创新的步伐不断加快,多元化多样化的分配方式引入企业成为一种竞争机制。引导好职工支持、认同并参与企业分配改革,增强企业的凝聚力和创造力尤为重要。
With the increasing competition in the market of steel companies, the accelerating pace of reform and innovation, diverse variety of distribution way of companies has become a competition mechanism. It is particularly important to obtain the supporting and agreement from the employee and participation the reform of the distribution system and enhance the cohesion and creativity of theenterprises.
