摘要
在国有及国有控股企业,民主管理是企业管理的重要一环,是推进企业转型发展的有力支撑,工会作为党联系职工群众的桥梁纽带,践行群众路线、加强职代会、厂务公开、平等协商签订集体合同、民主评议领导干部等制度建设,是创新企业民主管理的必由之路,也是提升企业效益,构建和谐社会的基础。
As an important part of enterprises management, democratic management is a powerful support to promote the transformation and development in state - owned enterprises and state - owned holding enterprises . The union, as a bridge between the Community Party and the masses of workers, is practicing the"mass line" and strengthening the system construction of the workers congress, the publicity of factory affairs, the equal consultations and conclusions of collective contracts and the democratic appraisal of the leading cadres. It is not only the only route which must be passed of democratic enterprise management innovation, but the basis of enhancing the enterprise benefit and constructing a harmonious society.
