实施临床护理路径对提高护理质量及患者满意度的价值探讨 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨实施临床护理路径管理对提高护理理质量及患者满意度的价值。方法选取160例在我院呼吸内科接受护理治疗的患者,将其均分成两组,其中对照组80例实施一般护理常规,实验组80例实施临床护理路径。观察两组的护理效果及满意度。结果实验组的并发症发生率为12.50%,显著低于对照组的31.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组平均住院天数为(15.4±2.0)d,显著少于对照组的(20.6±1.3)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的遵医行为(97.50%)明显优于对照组(72.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者满意度(92.50%)明显高于对照组(56.25%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展临床护理路径,可患者并发症发生率和护理医疗差错,使护理治疗程序化和标准化,提高床位转换率,从根本上提高护理质量,让患者满意。 Objective To explore the value of implementation of clinical nursing pathway in the improvement of quality of nursing and patients' satisfaction. Methods 160 patients in our hospital were selected in this study. All cases were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 80 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing, while patients in the experimental group received clinical nursing pathway. The nursing effects and patients' satisfactions of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The incidence of complications of the experimental group was 12.50%, significantly lower than 31.25%of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The average hospitalization stay of the experimental group was (15.4 ± 2.0) d, significantly fewer than (20.6 ± 1.3) d of the control group and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The rate of compliance behavior of the experimental group was 97.50%, significantly lower than 72.50%of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 〈0.05). The patients' satisfactions of the experimental group was 92.50%, significantly lower than 56.25% of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusions The implementation of clinical nursing pathway can reduce the incidence of complications and nursing medical errors, make nursing and treatment procedural and standardized, improve the bed conversion rate, so as to improve the quality of nursing and patients' satisfaction.
