摘要
目的探讨综合型护理干预对悬雍垂腭咽成形术(UPPP)手术后患者的康复影响。方法选择我院行UPPP的患者182例,分为对照组89例(采用传统方法进行护理)和观察组93例(采用综合护理干预),对比观察两组病人的知识掌握程度、并发症发生率以及满意率。结果观察组在病人的知识掌握程度、并发症发生率及满意率方面明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论实施综合型护理干预可提高UPPP患者的知识掌握程度、减少并发症,促进康复,保证护理质量。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with uvulopalatopharyngoplasty （UPPP）. Methods 182 patients with UPPP in our hospital were divided into control group （n = 89, receiving routine nursing） and observation group （n = 93, receiving comprehensive nursing）. The patients＇ level of knowledge, incidence of complications and satisfaction rate were compared between two groups. Results The observation group was superior to the control group in the patients＇ level of knowledge, incidence of complications and satisfaction rate, with statistically significant difference between the two groups （all P 〈0.05）. Conclusions For patients with UPPP, comprehensive nursing intervention can improve their degree of knowledge, reduce the incidence of complications, promote rehabilitation, and ensure the quality of nursing.
