驱风舒渊汤联合罗红霉素治疗青少年慢性鼻窦炎37例临床观察

The Clinical Efficacy of Combining Qufeng Shuyuan Decoction with Roxithromycin on Adolescents with Chronic sinusitis: A Clinical Observation of 37 Cases

目的:观察驱风舒渊汤联合罗红霉素治疗青少年慢性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法:将75例青少年慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。两组患者均给予罗红霉素分散片,治疗组加用自拟驱风舒渊汤。在治疗前后评价两组患者主观症状及客观体征积分。结果:两组治疗后较治疗前主观症状与客观体征积分均有明显下降(P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组在流鼻涕、鼻阻塞、嗅觉差、鼻腔黏膜与鼻窦自然开口5项积分上分值明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组总有效率为94.6%,对照组总有效率为71.1%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:驱风舒渊汤结合罗红霉素治疗青少年慢性鼻窦炎有较好疗效,可有效改善鼻窦炎症状与体征。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of combining Qufeng Shuyuan Decocion with roxithromycin on adoles- cents with chronic sinusitis. Methods：The 75 adolescents diagnosed as chronic sinusitis were randomly divided into the treatment and control groups. Patients were treated by roxithromycin dispersible tablets in the two groups. The treatment group was added the Qufeng Shuyuan Decocion into the therapeutic schedule during the treatment. The scores of subjective symptom and objective signs was evaluated before and after the treatment. Results： The scores of subjective symptom and objective decreased in both of the two groups after the treatment（P〈0.01）; the treatment group showed lower scores than the control group at the rhinorrhea, rhinostegnosis, bad sense of smell, mucosa of nasal cavity and sinus natural openings （P〈0.01）.The total effective rate was 94.6% in the treatment grouo and 71.1% in the control group, and the treatment group showed better efficacy than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Combining Qufeng Shuyuan Decoction with roxithromycin dispersible tablets can provide good efficacy for the adolescents with chronic sinusitis and improve the symptom and sign and a better effect for the chronic sinusitis effectively.
