摘要
目的:分析不同的采集方法获得的佛手挥发性成分的差异。方法:分别采用水蒸汽蒸馏法和顶空进样法采集佛手挥发性成分,并对样品进行GC-MS分析。结果:两种采集方法获得的成分有一定的差异性,水蒸汽蒸馏法共鉴定出19种成分,顶空进样法共鉴定出17种成分,共有成分有13种,其中这两种采集方法获得的两种含量最高的组分相对含量基本一致。结论:顶空进样法采集到的结构种类更多,联合使用这两种方法可获得佛手挥发性成分更全面的结构信息。
Objective: To compare the difference of volatile components in bergamot by different sample collection methods. Methods: Volatile components in bergamot were collected by headspace sampling and steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS. Results: There were some differences between the above methods. There were 19 components identified from extract by steam distillation; whereas 17 components were identified from extract by headspace sampling. There were 13 common components a- mong the identified compounds in the samples collected with different method and the relative contents of the two most impor- tant components were basically identical. Conclusion: More variety of components can be identified in the samples collected with headspace sampling. More volatile components could be identified if the two collection methods were combined.
