湖南省乡镇卫生院专业技术人员中医适宜技术应用及需求调查

The Survey about Application and Demand of TCM Appropriate Technologies of Professional and Technical Personnel in Township Hospital in Hunan Province

目的:了解湖南省乡镇卫生院专业技术人员中医适宜技术的应用及需求状况。方法:自编问卷调查湖南省206名乡镇卫生院专业技术人员。结果:针灸、中药敷贴、拔火罐、推拿、刮痧的应用比例分别为27.67%、17.48%、14.08%、10.19%、4.85%;不同年龄分组对中药及中医适宜技术应用情况影响具有差异性(F=7.26,P=0.00),不同职称对中药及中医适宜技术应用情况影响具有差异性(F=4.97,P=0.00),不同学历背景(学习中医)中药及中医适宜技术应用情况的影响有差异性(F=10.88,P=0.00);45.15%的学员希望学习针灸、推拿、敷贴、拔火罐、刮痧全部操作协助治疗疾病,另有33.05%的学员希望学习针灸。结论:乡镇卫生院专业技术人员的中医适宜技术应用较少,可能与乡镇卫生院中医人才的匮乏及乡镇卫生院专业技术人员的年龄、职称、学历、学习背景构成相关,绝大多数乡镇卫生院专业技术人员希望学习中医适宜技术以提高对疾病的诊疗能力。

Objective： To understand the application and demand of TCM appropriate technologies of professional and tech- nical personnel in township hospital in Hunan province. Methods： Self-designed questionnaire was applied to investigate the 206 professional and technical personnel from township hospital in Hunan province. Results： The application rate of acupuncture, tra- ditional Chinese medicine sticking, cupping, massage, guasha were respectively 27.67%, 17.48%, 14.08%, 10.19%, 14.08%; Dif- ferent age groups showed difference on application of TCM and appropriate technology （F=7.26,P=0.00）; Different titles showed difference on the application of TCM and appropriate technology （F=4.97,P=0.00）, and different educational background showed difference on application of TCM and appropriate technology （F=10.88,P=0.00）, There were 45.15% of the students that prone to study all the operations, such as acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine sticking, cupping, massage and guasha, to help cure diseases, and there were 33.05% of students that hope to study acupuncture. Conclusion： The appropriate technology of TCM is used unoptimistic among professional and the technical personnel in the township hospital, which is possible due to the lack of TCM talents as well as the formation of age, title, educational background, study background. The vast majority of the township hospital professional and technical personnel hope to learn Chinese medicine appropriate technology in order to improve the ability of disease diagnosis and treatment.
