摘要
目的观察重型手足口病患儿血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)及S100β蛋白常规治疗前后的变化并探讨其临床意义。方法 110例重症手足口病患儿分为重型组61和危重型49例,轻症手足口病40例,对照组为30例同期健康体检儿。血清NSE、S100β蛋白检测应用电化学发光法检测。结果 (1)重症手足口病患儿血清NSE、S100β蛋白与对照组和普通手足口病例组比较显著升高(P<0.01)。(2)经常规治疗后,重型组血清NSE、S100β蛋白含量均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),而治疗后危重型组血清NSE、S100β蛋白含量均较治疗前无明显降低(P>0.05)。结论重型手足口病在病理过程存在不同程度的神经元及神经胶质细胞损害,血清NSE、S100β蛋白量的变化与病情轻重相关,可早期反映脑损害程度,还可评估其预后,对患儿损伤程度小,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the serum levels of the NSE and S100β-protein in childhood Severe hand ,foot and mouth disease before and after the therapy and their clinical significance.Methods 110 patients of children with severe hand ,foot and mouth disease were enrolled in this study ,and randomly divided into heavy group(n= 61) and severe group(n= 49) ,mild HFMD(n=40) ,control group (n=30) ,EIA was used to detect the serum levels of NSE.Results The elevated serum levels of NSE and S100β-protein were found in SHFMD group ,compared with those of control group and normal cases group ;the lower levels of NSE and S100β-protein were found in heavy group after the therapy ,and there were no changes in severe group after the therapy.Conclusion There were some degrees of injury of the neurons and the glial cells in severe hand ,foot and mouth disease;the levels of serum NSE and S100β-protein were in line with severity of the HMFD and can early reflect the de-gree of brain damage ,as well as the prognosis of HFMD. They have small damage to children and are worth of clinical promo-tion.
