摘要 目的观察鼠生长因子联合高压氧治疗对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的效果,以期提高新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的疗效。方法 2010-08—2013-05我院明确诊断的新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿82例,随机分为实验组与对照组。对照组采用常规治疗联合高压氧治疗,实验组使用常规治疗联合高压氧、鼠神经生长因子治疗,观察2组治疗效果。结果实验组治疗14d时,NBNA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患儿3个月、6个月时MDI评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组小儿五项神经心理发育测查结果各个评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用鼠神经生长因子联合高压氧对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病治疗的效果较好,有助于提高疗效,可促进患儿康复,为有效的治疗方案。 Objective To observe the effect of mouse nerve grow th factor combined with hyperbaric oxygen on neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy ,and to provide reference for improving effectiveness of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalop-athy. Methods 82 newborns with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy diagnosed in our hospital from August 2010 to May 2013 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups randomly ,the experimental group and the control group. The control group received conventional treatment combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy. And the experimental group received conventional treatment combined with hyperbaric oxygen and mouse nerve growth factor treatment. The treatment effectiveness of two groups was compared. Results For the 14d of the treatment ,NBNA score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group , P〈 0.05 ,and the difference was statistically significant. For the newborn with 3 months and 6 months treatment ,the MDI score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group , P〈 0.05 ,and the difference was statistically significant. The scores of examination results of five neuropsychological development of the experi-mental group were higher than those of the control group ,P〈0.05 ,and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The treatment of mouse nerve growth factor combined with hyperbaric oxygen for neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy not only has good effectiveness and improve the efficacy effectively ,but also can promote the recovery of children ,and it is an effective treatment scheme.
