美洛培南联合萘夫西林在小儿化脓性脑膜炎治疗中的应用

Application of meropenem combined with nafcillin on children with purulent meningitis

目的分析美洛培南联合萘夫西林在小儿化脓性脑膜炎中的治疗效果。方法选取我院2011-03—2013-06收治的化脓性脑膜炎患儿100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组采用青霉素联合头孢曲松治疗,观察组采用美洛培南联合萘夫西林治疗。观察2组患儿治疗后症状的改善情况及脑脊液恢复情况。结果观察组总有效率94.0%,明显高于对照组的70.0%;观察组治疗后退热、昏迷、嗜睡、颅高压、GSF白细胞恢复、外周白细胞恢复时间均明显较对照组缩短(P<0.05)。结论美洛培南联合萘夫西林在小儿化脓性脑膜炎中的疗效显著,临床症状、血常规及脑脊液改善情况较好,值得临床广泛推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of meropenem combined with nafcillin in children on purulent meningitis. Methods One hundred children with purulent meningitis who were accepted by our hospital from March 2011 to June 2013 were chosen as the research subjects. They were equally and randomly divided into contrast group and observation group. Patients in contrast group adopted the treatment of penicillin combined with chloramphenicol. While patients in observation group adopted the treatment of meropenem combined with nafcillin. The improvement of symptoms and the recovery of cerebrospinal fluid in two groups after the treatment were observed. Results Compared with the contrast group, the number of cured chil- dren in observation group was 33, with the proportion about 66.0%, which wss higher than that of the contrast group. The total efficiency of children after the treatment in observation group was 94.0%, which was obviously higher than that of the contrast group with a proportion about 70.0%. The time of abatement of fever, stupor, somnolence, intracranial hypertension, GSF, white blood cell recovery, peripheral white blood cell recovery of patients in the observation group were shorter than those of the contrast group. The result was of a statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of meropenem combined with nafcillin on in children with purulent meningitis ＇s significantly obvious. The improvements of clinical symp- toms, routine blood test and cerebrospinal fluid are better. It is valuable for clinic to widely apply.
