118例青年脑卒中危险因素临床分析

Clinical analysis of the risk factors of young patients with stroke

目的探讨青年脑卒中患者发病的危险因素,为青年性脑卒中进行合理有效的一级预防和二级预防提供有力的依据。方法选择我科2007-01—2013-01首次住院的脑卒中患者,对危险因素进行分析。结果青年脑卒中占全部脑卒中的11.21%,危险因素位列前5位的是高血压、饮酒、高同型半胱氨酸、吸烟、高脂血症。结论青年脑卒中的危险因素主要为高血压、饮酒、高同型半胱氨酸、吸烟、高脂血症,及早进行危险因素干预和控制,对预防和降低卒中的发病率有积极意义。

Objective To explore the risk factors of young patients with stroke ,and to provide strong evidence of primary and secondary prevention for ischemic stroke in youth .Methods All young patients with stroke were studied in department of neurology of the Fenggang Hospital from January 2007 to January 2013 ,known risk factors were comparatively analyzed .Re-sults The young adult group accounted for 11 .21% of stroke patients of all ages ,64 .41% of acute stroke young patients were male ,35 .59% of acute young stroke patients were female .The main risk factors of cerebral stroke in young adults were hyper-tension ,high level of Hcy ,smoking ,drinking ,hyperlipemia .Conclusion The data showed risk factors of stroke in young people are hypertension ,high level of Hcy ,smoking ,drinking ,hyperlipemia .It has great significance to prevent cerebral stroke or decrease the incidence of it if the risk factors can be early prevented and controlled .
