武汉市最低工资标准对就业的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 文章从形式、类型、调整频率和调整幅度等多个维度,对武汉市最低工资标准制定的基本情况进行了分析。利用1995—2012年的时间序列数据,考察了最低工资标准对武汉市整体就业水平产生的影响。实证结果表明,最低工资标准的提高,既不会对武汉市当前的就业水平产生影响,也不会对整体就业水平产生滞后影响。因此,武汉市的最低工资标准还有进一步提升的空间,且制定的最低工资标准应按照行业进行细化。 This paper analyzes the basic situation of minimum wage standards in Wuhan from its form , type, adjustment frequency and amplitude.By choosing time -series data from 1995 to 2012, the paper investi-gates the employment effects of the the minimum wage in Wuhan .The results show that the minimum wage will not have a significant impact on both current employment level and the general level of employment in Wuhan.Therefore, the minimum wage standards of Wuhan have further room for improvement and should be refined by industry .
