微创置管吸引术对老年基底节区脑出血患者血清IL-6、TNF-α和hs-CRP的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究微创置管吸引术对老年脑出血患者血清IL-6、TNF-α和hs-CRP的影响。方法选择2010年1月—2013年3月该院接诊的的80例老年基底节区脑出血患者进行研究。随机分为实验组和对照组两组,每组40例患者。实验组采用微创置管吸引术对患者进行治疗,对照组采用传统的保守治疗手段对患者进行治疗。结果术前和术后2、7 d实验组和对照组两组患者的神经功能评分状况差异无统计学意义,术后15、30 d实验组患者的神经功能评分明显低于对照组。术后7、15 d及30 d实验组患者的血清炎性因子的水平明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论微创置管吸引术治疗老年基底节区脑出血患者的效果良好,明显优于传统的保守治疗手段。 Objective To study the impact of minimally invasive catheter aspiration on the serum IL-6, TNF-α and hs-CRP of elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia. Methods 80 cases of elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia admitted in our hospital from January, 2010 to March, 2013 were studied. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 40 patients in each group. The experimental group were treated with minimally invasive catheter aspiration, and the control group were treated with traditional conservative treatment. Results The differences in neurological function scores before the operation and 2d, 7d after the operation between the experimental group and the control group were not statistically significant. 15d, 30d after the operation, the neurological function scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group. 7d, 15d, 30d after the operation, the levels of serum inflammatory cytokines of the experimental group were obviously lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The effect of minimally invasive catheter aspiration in the treatment of elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia is good, which is much better than the traditional conservative treatment.
