摘要
借鉴纤维提高沥青混合料路用性能这一优点,选用新型的路用玄武岩纤维,以常见密级配、间断级配沥青混合料AC—30、AC—20以及SMA—13为依托,对基质沥青纤维胶浆和改性沥青纤维胶浆及其相应的沥青混合料的高温稳定性能进行了研究。研究结果表明:玄武岩纤维对基质沥青和改性沥青胶浆抗车辙因子均有显著提高,抗剪切能力明显增强;玄武岩纤维沥青混合料的动稳定度和残留稳定度均得到提高,不同的沥青混合料玄武岩纤维最佳掺量不同,且对AC—20混合料的改善效果最为明显。研究成果可为玄武岩纤维在道路工程中的应用提供参考。
Reference the advantage of improving asphalt pavement performance, choosing the new basalt fiber, and common dense graded, gap-graded asphalt mixture like AC-30,AC-20 and SMA-13 as the basis, to study the high temperature stability of basalt fiber-reinforced asphalt mortar and modified asphalt mortar and the corresponding asphalt mixture. The results show that: the rut factor of basalt fiberreinforced asphalt mortar and modified asphalt mortar significantly improved and anti-shear ability obvi- ously enhanced; Dynamic stability and residual stability of basalt fiber asphalt mixture were improved, the optimal dosage of different asphalt mixture was different, and the effect on the improvement of AC-20 is the most obvious. Research can provide reference for the application of basalt fiber in road engineering.
