螺栓预紧力对隔爆结合面间隙的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 为探究隔爆箱内发生爆炸时隔爆结合面间隙的大小与螺栓预紧力的关系,以某隔爆电源箱为例,使用Solidworks建立了三维模型,应用Solidworks Simulation分别对在四种螺栓预紧力的作用下的隔爆电源箱进行了静力学分析,并对隔爆结合面的间隙进行了探测,通过对探测结果的分析得出结论:在一定范围内隔爆接合面间隙随着预紧力的增大而减小,但两者之间并非线性关系,当螺栓预紧力超过一定量值时,由于螺栓自身被拉伸反而使隔爆结合面间隙出现一定程度的增大。实际使用时应结合实际情况选用合适的螺栓预紧力。 In order to explore the relationships between the gap of flameproof joint panels and bolt pretension force, it took a flameproof safe power box as model, established the 3-D model and the statics analysis under four kinds of bolt pretension force were done with the help of Solidworks simulation, the gaps of flameproof joint panels were measured, the results were analyzed and a conclusion was drawn that the gap of flameproof joint panels decreased with the increase of bolt pretension force, but was not a linear relationship. However, when the bolt pretension force exceeded a certain level, the gap of flameproof joint panels increased because of bolt elongation. Appropriate bolt pretension force should be chosen in practical application.
